They have some very competent and knowledgeable therapists, who never stay. There is a very high turnover rate and that makes it very hard to have therapy there. This I have boticed for many years. I hope they can change this.

Very kind counselors. They try to help you help yourself. If that is not possible for whatever reason, they find a way via referral to address each individual's separate needs.

It's called a collateral meeting. It's done at the patients request. They have to sign a waiver for the other person to attend. They actually appreciate having collateral meetings. Because they can confirm anything that the patient has been saying. The patient has the right to restrict how much information their person is allowed to receive. Or how long they are allowed to participate.
