Dropped off a VHS to be transferred to DVD with instructions from their own website on how to ship to iMemories, and they couldn't figure out how to do that (the instructions said to send via fedex). After 3 weeks and not hearing anything, I emailed iMemories and they stated they never got the tape and it should've arrived by now. Eventually had to pick the tape back up and shipped it myself directly to iMemories. Save yourself the time and don't use the middle man, just fedex it yourself.

This is our favorite Walgreens location in Spokane, all the workers are so understanding and helpful of our couponing. Jeff and Lana are the best.

I have always loved Walgreens and never had a problem until about 6 months ago. I use to go to urgent care or my Dr get med and be able to have them with in an hour TOPS. Now it's AT LEAST a 2 hour wait for Prescriptions, and it's not just this store it's every walgreens. Monday I got a new prescription that was sent over electronically. I called after about 30 minutes of leaving the drs. The automated system said it will be ready some time after 1045. About 10 minutes after that call I received a text that the prescription was delayed due to insurance issues. So I called them. I was on hold with them for 41 MINUTES! She gets on and 'says no insurance issues and give us about 45 minutes'. That would put me at a 3 hour wait. It's ridiculous that anyone has to wait 3 hours for a medication that could help them not be in pain or to fight an infection. I've given them 6 months as I know with the introduction of the covid shot they would ne stretched thin. But this is becoming a common trend.

Went in for my covid booster. Filled out everything online so I wouldn't have to deal with it in person. Didn't make anything smoother here. Check in took almost 10 minutes. Also, they aren't accepting cash in the pharmacy. This is unacceptable for a business of this size and spread.
