Rite Aid has done alot to improve service and selection both of which they have been successful in my opinion!

I have been having problems using my OTC benefits at Wal-Mart. You go though the whole process to find out that 10 of the 13 items you ordered are out of stock. But Rite aid was a wonderful experience. I went to their OTC approved list online then went to the store and everything I needed was in two Isles and they had everything I needed in stock. If was a wonderful experience for me. Thank you Rite aid!!! You have oviously trained your staff well and their doing a fantastic job.

The cashier at the time of purchase said if the item I purchased didn't work I can return it even if it's open. When I went to return it, because it didn't work, the current cashier said, "I don't know how to do that. You will just have to come back later." This was after waiting a minute or two for her to get off her phone. 😏 Let's just say I probably won't go here again.

If your pharmacy closes at 7, maybe you should update that on your website!! It says 8!! Wasted my time driving up to this stupid store from North Spokane just to find that out. Ridiculous. I need my prescription.
