Sam made our purchase of our spa one of the best buying experiences we have ever had. We weren't in hurry to get our spa when we picked it out in October, with the expectation for it to arrive in Spokane in Jan/Feb time frame. Which was fine with us because #1 it was winter and not a time conducive for DYI prep work and Country Homes Power would store our spa until we were ready. Then #2 happened - SUPPLY CHAIN issues hit the world, which sent delivery and production times into a tail spin. During this time of delays Sam kept us posted on a regular basis of new shipping dates and then even recommended changing Spa brands since he was finding the their premiere line of spas could not guarantee a ship date any earlier than September and he also noticed that their quality control was far from acceptable. So he recommended changing brands. The PDC Malibu Luxury spa had been our 2nd pick choice originally so it wasn't a hard decision to switch. We felt like Sam bent over backwards to make us clients for life. Knowing that their business was experiencing challenging time of supply issues and not meeting their clients original time frames. The made us feel they were going to do whatever it took to make it right with us, and did. When we finally got our concrete slab scheduled for pouring on April 18th we were able to schedule delivery of the spa for Sunday April 24th. The crew showed up on time and were very professional and informative. From their it took us a month to assemble the pergola and get all of our electrical work completed (during the coldest & rainiest time pretty much ever). On May 25th we enjoyed the spa for the very first time and are very pleased with our choice of retailer and spa. We really appreciated the open communications with Sam and the great warranty and quality of build that PDC offers. And now after 2 weeks of use (pretty much twice a day), we know the PDC spa was actually the better choice for us. PDC uses 2 pump instead of just 1. Which allows you to have so much more control over the jet power for the 5 seating positions. From 1 pump for just 1 seat all the way to 2 pumps for all 5 seats and every option in between. You never feel like you are getting cheated on the amount of flow you are receiving. The 12' x 16' pergola didn't come from Country Homes but it has really put the icing on the cake for us. We can now use it all year round in total comfort. We now have the ultimate Staycation! Thank you County Homes Power we highly recommend you. Brent & CJ

After looking around for a couple years we finally did it. We went to Country Homes Power and bought us a spa. We were greeted by Sam. He listened to what we wanted and then showed us a few options and explained every feature to us. Delivery day was a little stressful as it was a challenge getting it down to our backyard but the delivery guys were great, they got it all set up and explained everything to us before they left. What a great experience! I walked in asked about hot tubs and was immediately directed to Sam and he went thy all the options. And they had tubs in stock! After some delay I went back in a week later and Sam had saved a tub for me and I purchased and had a delivery date scheduled. Then the delivery came in just under two weeks and it was a piece of cake! We have been enjoying our spa and so great fun for such an easy purchase. Merry early Christmas to me!!!
