This us a great go to store for people living downtown. Great hours, super selection of misc items at very reasonable prices. I'm glad they are there.

The store has been rearranged lately (or within the last few years) and things are easier to find now! I love it. Also the people that work there are always friendly and super nice even when some customers are not. They deal with a wide variety of people, more so than other rite aids since they are downtown, and I have always felt safe there anyway.

Lessons with Ms. Kara

If you have a terrible experience with Theresa the floating pharmacist, rest assured nothing will happen. She will act sarcastic in front of her boss and no one will apologize to you, even when an apology is grossly necessary. Horrible experience. A pharmacist interaction should not cause a stress migraine and cause a patient to need to use their medication more - Theresa was withholding illegally. Do not go here unless you want to leave shaking and crying. AND when they are given the opportunity to apologize they will not and act like YOU are in the wrong.
