I am handicapped, use a walker & can no longer reach my toes. Saw their ad on TV, called for an appointment. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful...the group at the desk is always helpful in making my appointments, the person who soaks & prepares my feet for the nurse is always kind & excellent & I cannot begin to compliment Kimberly, my nurse, enough. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, kind, caring, cheerful and absolutely fantastic. I cannot believe some of the reviews i have read here. I absolutely recommend Palm Springs Podiatry. Their new offices are very spacious, spotlessly clean and lovely. they are far from the handicapped ramp, but will pick me up in a wheel chair when I am having difficulty walking with my walker. Thank you Kimberly and everyone at Palm Springs Podiatry for taking care of my feet now that I can no longer do so. Don't know what I would do without you !!!!!

I was scheduled for a medical pedicure and paid my copayment. The girl should have scheduled me for a consultation first. All the information was misleading. The podiatrist saw me for about 2 minutes she had an awful demeanor she looked at my feet with a cringe face and said that she couldn't do the medical pedicure because I may had fungus. I understand that, but she could have handled it differently. Also I was scheduled for a medical pedicure And I was charged my copay. I didn't like this place.

I saw your ad on tv - Do you really do pedicures? Does it include removing ingrown toe nails when necessary? Does it include polish? Is it covered by medicare and supplimental insurance.
