I've got a bald spot on the back of my head now because I had a mole excised by Dr. Jochen. My normal derm told me that those scars usually get bigger for guys because we stay active, whereas this office straight up told me that nobody really gets bald spots back there and I should be fine with an excision as opposed to shaving it off. My wound was starting to dehisce when I sent this office a picture and I was constantly assured I wasn't at risk for hair loss. They've refunded what I paid for the procedure however.
