The staff is friendly and helpful. I needed to rent a car to get to a medical procedure and they made it easy for me. I would recommend the Budget at Palm Springs Airport and I will use them again in the future if needed

Yes but it depends on the location. So first check that the location you will rent from will allow it. If so you will likely need to purchase liability insurance.
I'm pretty old,so unless they have a surcharge for drivers under a certain age, I'm not aware of one.
Yes, but t here is what's called a drop off fee. That charge varies in different locations. The charge will usually be included in the quote.
