All I can say is follow other reviews do not rent from this location. I haven’t always had the best experiences with budget but this one took it over the top. I rented a compact car, picked it up, location overly packed with vehicles, extremely short staffed. Car was extremely dirty inside and out and had a missing bolt in the door. Upon returning, they tried to charge me OVER 140 bucks for a wrongly charged late return fee over $90 and an extra driver fee of over $50 (when inside the location they clearly had posted extra driver like $15). Save yourself the headache go elsewhere.

Stay away this bad company Budget charges me $300 because I changed car I just rent a car for 5days.budget charged $400 for rental, and charged $300 on switching a car!! Are you okay? Budget rental car !!!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Rented me a faulty and dirty car and didn’t have the staff on hand to adequately fix the issue. When we went back to exchange the car, we were told that they weren’t supposed to rent out the original car to us in the first place. Person working the desk mentioned that they get complaints all the time. They do not pick up the phone Edit: I now have a fraudulent charge on my account from budget a few days after having fully paid for the original rental.

I have never in my life experienced such a scary and unsafe experience with a company. They knowingly rented me a truck that had malfunctioning seatbelts, I had to have them repaired myself! They were incredibly incompetent, unprofessional and the clerk was nearly crying saying I was going to get him fired after he gave me a price verbally and then I was charged way more than he said. I can't fully express what an absolute train wreck this place is, they charged me hundreds more than they said and it was for a vehicle that wasn't even safe. I am bringing legal action against them shortly. Their incompetence and lack of ability gets passed on to the customer when it's time to pay the bill. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

It's a one man office so you have to keep calling
Yes they have a shuttle.
If that is the office that is at the airport. Just go outside and wait for the Budget shuttle. If not call them from the airport and ask if they can pick you up.
It depends on the day of the week and the season. It varies. Pick up the phone and call or go on the internet. Kayak can compare prices with all the rental companies.
