This review is regarding J.P. Morgan Chase Bank in general. The bank will deny any and all disputes you file regardless of proof or evidence you provide. They will do this intentional to get your account into the negative and make money off of their customers for NSF fees. I am planning to file a class action lawsuit against Chase Bank for unfair and deceptive trade practices and for violating the Consumer Protection Act and unjust enrichment. Please join the lawsuit once it is filed. Make Chase Bank treat their customers like customers.

There is only one banker at this location and they're booked out 6-8 weeks. Not so friendly staff and the bank smells dirty.

This is the closest bank , but BOTH their outside ATMs have been 'unavailable' for over a month!!! Such a pain to have to go inside to make a deposit 😡 Fix your machines in a timely manner !!! So inconvenient!!

Went in today (with an appointment) to get my husband an account since he wants to switch to my bank and open a large joint savings account. However, the lady in the front with the iPad idk if she’s a manager or not but she is in need of some serious training. Now usually my husband is the calm one in situations such as this, but she was so snotty and straight up rude he completely walked out. Now he refuses to put his money here so I guess we’re going to credit union, because even though it’s over an hour drive customer service skills are so important in a business and im even considering moving all my accounts, because this has left a sour taste for him you know first impressions are everything. Chase definitely lost some business here for sure. Do better Chase....
