This particular bojangles use to be the best one around. Not anymore-it’s the worst. We ordered 2 dinners. I simply asked if the mashed potatoes had gravy on top of them. The response I got was I don’t know what you mean.🤦‍♀️. Shows they need much more training at their job. This was through the drive through. Got to the window & had to wait like 10-12 mins as our dinners sat on the counter getting cold. Long story short; there were plenty of employees inside in the kitchen that this shouldn’t have happened. They were too busy socializing because we could hear the entire coversation. Got home 1order was completely wrong. The other was cold, the other was not thouroky cook so, it was mushy. Needless to say we had to throw all out. I called for an hour off & on. No answer EVER. Obviously they had more socializing to do than be concerned about their customers. Btw, there were only 2 other cars there in the line behind us & no one inside or in line inside. Posting this so anyone who is considering eating here should choose another BOJANGLES.

The manager was very on point and nice. This what this restaurant needed to go forward.
