Thank you Jesse Tree for assisting our renter to be able to stay in her home. Your communication and speed of filling this application was amazing. God Bless You!

I am so thankful for this program. I have had one of the worst years in my life with debilitating injuries. They make it easy to apply and your case manager is with you the whole way. I didnt feel like a failure by needing assistance.

I don’t know much about this organization, but I’m very thankful for them! I own one house and have been renting it out since I moved out of state. My tenant stopped paying and I was out 3 months of rent, which was very hard for me! But Jesse Tree stepped in and paid for those 3 months. I am incredibly grateful!! Thank you!!

Questions & Answers

Do I have to pay rent when I’ve got a eviction notice?

If the eviction notice is final then I don't know that it would make a difference if you paid it but if they're willing to work with it then it would be to your incentive to be able to stay if you paid it that's where Jesse tree may be able to help you if you contact them set an appointment they would be able to go over your options and see if they'd be able to help you

What do they require? I'd like to be all prepared when Jesse Tree opens at 11am....

Hello Sary, Yes A. Medina below is correct! depending on your case you may need more documents but these are the basics along with your complete lease. If you have done a screening you can fax, scan and email, drop off at our location or come in during walk in hours with all your documents. 211 the Idaho care line is a great resource for community needs as well. We hope to help!
