I have received exceptionally poor service at your Boise (Milwaukee st ) location on September 21st. I had just got back from an overseas trip to visit my sick mom and wanted to exchange a product and get a refund on one due to allergic reaction. The clerk said I since it had been a little over the 90 day he would need to get manager’s approval. He called her to the front desk. When she came in she did not even look at me or spoke to me. She simply refused to do the transaction and walked away. I have never received such poor service in my life. I have been a loyal customer for years but nowI am not planning on doing any business with your company because of her behavior. Thank you.

Helpful clerks that offered good advice for what I was looking for. Not offering the same advice on male colognes.

I literally asked 3 associates to help me with a color match and NONE of them helped. I was in that store for nearly 45 mins, literally will NEVER go back

This was about a month ago but Haley at the Boise store really improved my day. I came in for a new foundation color match. The gal who originally helped me was obviously not interested and yelled across a couple aisles at another employee, "Haley, can you do a color match!?" But Haley was already with another customer. "Yes just one second please." After Haley had finished with the other customer, she came over all smiles as I explained what I wanted. It was about 20 minutes to close (sorry) and she acted like we had all the time in the world. She was patient and determined to find my shade. She tried upwards of 10 different foundations and brands and then even put on a blush that I am now obsessed with. I was having a rough day--grumpy and anxious--just one of those days, but Haley's genuine kindness, determination, and willingness to solve my dilemma really turned everything around. I walked out of the store beaming and full of gratitude. Sometimes simple customer service interactions have a huge impact and I think as a society, we have gotten away from that. I adore the Lancome foundation she picked, the setting spray, the blush, and the sponge she recommended. Thank you Haley (sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong) for being a wonderful human and great at what you do!

They will. They have two options though. The first isn't a full makeup; instead, they will do a light face to help you find products. This is a free service. The other one they offer is a paid makeup, typically for events. You'll receive a full face based on what your goal look is, but I believe you need to purchase at least two of the items they put on you. They're also usually really good about telling you what they're doing so you can try to replicate it later by yourself.
No. Ulta currently does not carry Glossier.
Yes, they carry Elemis. However, only online. I haven’t seen it in-store, but if they would have it, it would be in the back left of the store, behind the color cosmetics in the skincare section.
They carry it at the store by The Village, so this one should carry it as well. I believe it's normally by the Morphe foundation
Ulta sells makeup, will help you show what products work best for you, you can schedule a (paid) makeover, and do general brow work (waxing, fillers, tinting, brow mapping, etc). The one over by The Village in Meridian also has a small hair salon, but I can't remember if the one by the mall has one
