I have stores much closer to me living in Idaho City but whenever I have problems I find it well worth while making the trip down to the Broadway store. Mick is consistently on top of his game and takes time with each and every customer. Times where I'd crush under the pressure he takes it one step at a time always in the right direction and seems to be a verizon/smartphone guru answering all question with great knowledge. Thanks again Mick! Will be back.

Employee was professional, respectful, and very good their job. They delicately applyied liquid glass to my Zflip 3, avoiding problem areas and the finish is hard and flawless. Definitely my Verizon store of choice for a reason, the employees here are airways top notch.

Mick was amazing. I came in right before closing with a busted phone. Mick made sure he helped me through my decision making with a new phone and stayed an extra 45 minutes after closing to help me set it up. I am very thankful and had a very positive experience.
