You will need to call the temple office to schedule a time, if you are going for the first time. Otherwise, you can make appointments online.
Righteous living--as best you can and 10% of your income. You must be a practicing member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and obtain a recommend (permission slip of sorts) to actually enter the temple itself.
