These apartments are ridiculous about not informing people that live here & visitors about enforcing visitors parking passes instead they boot your car and make you pay $100 how stupid is that and they just started enforcing parking permits. Instead of trying to enforce just close the gates and give people that live there access only 😤.

There’s a lot of good about this place but the parking is awful. It’s frustrating to see how this has been an issue for a long time and there seems to be no steps in trying to improve it. They can’t provide enough parking for their residents yet they feel entitled to charge us to use a carport. Seems like a greedy business move…Then, they’ll do renovations and close off half the lot expecting everyone to park somewhere else for a whole week with only a couple days notice. My biggest concern isn’t how the parking lot looks but that I can actually park somewhere…please listen to your residence’s actual concerns and deal with the real parking issue.
