This place gets more expensive and less professional every single day. The apartments are cheap and every year the maintenance declines, the rent increases, and they will let themselves into your apartment at any time they feel, appointments or maintenance requests be damned. Residents walk dogs with no leash, constantly with zero repercussions. Dog waste litters every common area to the point you can smell it on hot days. They will spam your email almost every single day with newsletters and advertisements, and you WILL be woken up at 3 am by gunshots yet rent never goes down. This is the apartment version of a trailer park

Let's face it: Brittany absolutely DESTROYED this apartment. She let trash overflow, tenants bully one another, picked favorites among tenants, raised rent unreasonably, never de iced the drive ways, and bought her reviews through her friends and family. LAME! That being said, since this place has been under new management I can see the cleaning happening and I can feel that dark entities clearing out. To the haters of the new management..... don't blame others for YOUR shortcomings and insecurities.... Take ownership and take a good long look in the mirror...... Life is too short to be hating...... Love ya.❤

The place is good and super close to Carrington College but hate to say that management is poor at their services. They don't show you actual apartment. On the day of moving in, the management calls you inside office to sign the paperwork, will tell you on papers where the apartment is, will not escort to new place, neither they come along to inspect the apartment if everything is okay. Maintainence adtervhour numbers is rarely answered when issues arrive. No matter, how bad if a review you give in annual survey, no one calls or emails to check with tenants issues.
