Appears to be a fitting location to honor our veterans.

My father has been a resident for 17 months there and I think the facility and staff are the best we have seen compared to the other places dad has been. I would highly recommend. The people that take care of my dad (he has dimensia) are living saints.

An unmitigated nightmare. My father developed gangrene in this godforsaken place and I couldn't get anyone to respond. After seven days of sickening neglect a physician examined my dad and said he would die within two days. I had him removed by ambulance to a caring, loving facility so he wouldn't leave this earth in that miserable building with a staff that was generally ice cold and openly hostile.

I hear people say this place is so good , sorry to say I don’t feel that way . My father was there for about a year . I can’t believe how quickly his health declined in there care . My father nvr sat still , he would always go for a walk to pass time . There he was seen as a risk for falling so they stuck him in a mobile bed chair as much as possible so they didn’t have to watch over him as he walked around. My 2nd issue was eating , he always had a good appetite, once again they felt feeding him food not put through a blender was to risky. When he came home for Thanksgiving he ate like a champ , eating everything, just cut into small pieces. Between severe weight loss and zero exercise, I feel that was what lead to my fathers quick decline and passing ! When these vets join the forces, RISK just doesn’t seem to be a great concern. But when it comes to there care ltr RISK seems to be the main concern. Maybe it’s the world we live in , every lawyer looking for there next free meal along with the countless people who can’t be held accountable for there own decisions. All I know I would have rather see my dad pass from a fall then seeing him dwindle down to nothing !!!
