Came here for a friend’s birthday with zero experience in VR games and Zach, the gentleman who helped us for the night, was so helpful with getting us set up and troubleshooting things for us as soon as it happened mid-game. We played Deadwood Valley which got everyone sweaty from the adrenaline rush :). Zach was even kind enough to take extra videos of our group and sent them to the birthday girl for some fun memories. We’ll definitely be coming back— thank you!

Zach , Both Alex , and Jeff !!! The staff are great ! We were a party of 18 for my son’s birthday. Everyone had a great time ! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because a few of us (myself included) had equipment that needed new battery pack during game and/or experienced glitches. Unfortunately for myself and my sister our headset was blurry and I could hardly hear on them even after staff tried to make adjustments.however ,We made the best of it and had a good time anyway.

First time we went we had an awesome experience and loved it. Just went back again and had the complete opposite experience. Equipment didn't work. Tons of lag and skipping to the point of being unplayable. Ended up having to stop the game 4 different times. Staff tried resetting the game, and changed equipment but nothing worked. Didn't offer any further help and we were just left to struggle through the rest of the bad experience.
