Been going to Burlington for 30 years. Sadly the coat selection is the smallest department now. Visited the store on 17 and 4 in 1 night. Staff was very helpful on 17.

5 people on line 45 min wait! Then credit card system down…. 20 more min… I stayed to help diagnose that. Was thanked and told they would call me when system up. No one called… so I did. Went back to the store but was told I had to wait in line again! Called corp. they said they’d intervene. They spoke to the store rep and then said I had to wait in line again anyway. Who is running this show? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
