Kyle Kovats is a great instructor and generally wants everyone to succeed. I requested a copy of his Exam study guide and he emailed it to me no questions asked. Free! Other companies would charge you but he never even mentioned a fee. Thank you Kyle!

I was referred to Kovats Real Estate school by a friend, I was able to complete, pass the school test and proceed to the state examination in less than 3 months. I highly recommend Kyle Kovats as an instructor, he shared real life experiences and gave valuable real estate advice during his lectures. In then end, when I was ready to take the state exam, I reached out to Kyle with questions and he responded with the information. Do yourselves a favor, do not go to those other courses where they just read from the book, go to Kovats where you will retain valuable information that you can use in the future!! It is taught live however it is online rather than in person at the moment. The two options are 3 weeks Monday-Thursday 8:30-2:30 or Monday and Wednesday nights 7-10 for 12 weeks
Not at the moment. Just live online. The state still has restrictions in place for in person instruction
$399 and includes books, materials and school exam
