Upon moving out of Edgewater (a roundhouse property) in February of 2022 I provided my forwarding address and the management failed to add this to my records. I have since provided it in two additional occasions and have received no response. It is now September and I have still not received my returned security deposit- which is ILLEGAL. Please contact me and return my deposit

Maintenance is really nice and come quickly. Beautiful pool and grounds. Only downside I’ve noticed is it takes awhile to get through to the front office by phone, but the office staff are nice when they answer

These leeches charge tenants 50 dollars a month to have a parking space for their 1 vehicle. There are open and available reserved spots that no one is parking in because they haven't been paid for yet, while tenants that are paying 1600 a month for 1 bedroom apartments are having to drive accross the complex or park on the street outside of it. Disgusting. This apartment complex is what? 15-20 years old and never had that issue in the past. Totally taking advantage of people's basic needs for profit. What kind of trash would do that?

Just egregious. When it was time to renew my lease, they hiked my rent by $300/month cuz I'm staying less than a year. Other options saw a $600/month increase! I'm on a fixed income! I've had to endure a closet full of black mold which ruined a bunch of my clothes. Broken appliances for months. Stolen bikes. The list goes on. Update -- My malfunctioning and useless furnace is next on the list of things I get to deal with. They kicked it back and gorth between the electrian, HVAC and maintenance .... everyone saying it's the other guy's problem. And they hit me up for a lease renewal. Get this -- $3,000/month!!! Really?! That's twice my original rent when I moved in. Final update -- Just. Wow. If I could give minus 10 stars I would. Not only did they take my entire $850 security deposit but they charged me an additional $313 on top of it and threatened debt collection within 2 weeks if I didn't pay. Why? For basically remodeling the entire apartment. My beef was the carpeting. I had significant water intrusion twice and the first time was never remediated. The second, only partially. Were talking black mold and personal property damage here. They cited "dog smell". I kept my small dog in the kitchen, not the bedroom. It did not smell. That musty smell is mold, people. All I asked for was an explanation of why I was being so unfairly charged. I've been ghosted royally. My credit will be the next casualty in the tale of meandering woe. The furnace was malfunctioning and so was the electrical panel -- fire hazard to the max and no sprinkler system. They kept telling me everything was fixed but it wasn't. The mold made us sick with allergies. They fired all management and maintenance towards the end of my stay there. This new lot is like a pretty face on pure greed and you just get bent over with a smile. Save your health and mental well-being -- avoid Egdewatwr like the plague.

You've asked a very general question. Without more specificity I would respond with yes. Senior and Junior friendly.

What do they require in regards to move in cost?

Call and ask. That will get you the most accurate information. I have been here for about 4 years and the rent has risen 10% every year on average. I don't remember the figure. But I think a deposit and first months rent in addition to a renters insurance policy.

Do you have short term rentals, say 3 weeks?

They do not do anything that short, but may do month to month.

Most apartments will increase rent. They cannot when in a contract but when that contract expires they can increase the rent in a new contract. This is normal behavior in the apartment business. Some apts more than others. However, being on Boise housing, it is hard to find a place that accepts and you have a dog, which can cost more money, but be thankful they can't charge you.
