Our family has been at these apartments now for 2 years about to be 3. Charla is the the main manager on duty and she’s always kinda, understand and helpful. Josh is the main maintenance guy and he gets things done. I’m never ignored with concerned or questions always helpfully and friendly. Walking area in the apartments are well lit and clean

Called around 10:10 AM March 9th, 2020 & "Sharla" picked up furthermore I noticed a bad attitude masked with disingenuous customer service. She said she could not hear me and didn't give 10 seconds to let me adjust my phone and hung up on me. I felt that she wanted a reason not to speak to anyone over the phone. I gave this place the benefit of the dought based on the many con reviews. I had planned on moving here however reviews are valuable representatives of many people and their experience. It would not surprise me if management tried to save face with a response with well-dressed sentences. But if you reap what you sow, don't put makeup in the field and call it what it's not.

Best management we’ve ever experienced, even across the 2 states and 4 different rentals. AMAZING place for dogs. Gorgeous grounds and very dog friendly. Always well lit at night too which makes it nice when taking the dogs out late.

I can give a 5 star review all the way from Louisiana without ever having been there in person yet. Back in August, we were relocating and chose these apartments not because they look so amazing but because of Sharalee (sorry if I slaughtered name spelling). She was so sweet, helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were informed, happy and that our relocation would be easy. Unfortunately, plans fell through and our relocating got pushed to April 2020. I had already put down my deposit and even 2 pet deposits. When I called to let her know we would not be coming she was so compassionate and understanding. She even gave me back my deposits and I know she did not have to do that. I just called them back today since we are at the 10 weeks left to moving mark and to my pleasure, it was Sharalee that answered. She knew who I was without me even telling her. I was absolutely floored! She is the reason we chose this place in the beginning and the reason Rembrandt was the first place I called today and after hanging up I will not be calling anywhere else because of her. Thanks for everything Sharalee!!!

Tenants are responsible for all of their own utilities. This would include electric, gas, and water sewer trash. As well your internet.
This was a year ago, but just in case anyone wants to know they say the pool is open year round it just depends if you want to swim in the green algae 😂 they start throwing chemicals in it for summer around May I believe, and around June is when the chemicals will get rid of the scum and algae if the ducks haven't pooped everywhere in and around it 😂
500 per pet up to 2 pets and 50 dollars per rent a month per pet
Dont move here lol but if you desire information they have papers at the office fully stocked with pricing and amenities!
