Was sold the wrong headlights. Went to exchange at a different store and the staff were friendly. However, they said they couldn't look up past purchases but I have had employees at other stores do that. Second, one of the associates was eating while ringing up customers. And lastly, I said "yeah, these are hard to get to and I have to do it by myself and I've never done it before". they all smiled and that was it. When I got home, my brother-who used to work for Auto Zone called to say that the employees are supposed to put in headlights, windshield wipers and batteries for customers!? Obviously no one offered that to me while i was there and since i already drove home before i found out that info, i just did it myself, but next time, I will insist they do it!

Yesterday I was in AutoZone there in Crescent City right in front of Home Depot and a young man by the name of Scott Boone went way out of his way to help me out I must say I usually stay away from parts stores because I feel like they just punch the computer and throw something at you this young man took his time help me and it was give me a better outlook on AutoZone by far thank you Scott see you next time I need something

Great customer service who do their best to reach every expectation possible. Selection is "as expected" at any AutoZone, lots of parts available, just not the oddly specific ones. Good selection of detail equipment, oil, etc. though.

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars for our experience here. Our japanese import van broke down while passing through Crescent City, and while it’s normally quite difficult to source parts, staff cross referenced and found exactly what we needed. They went beyond the call of duty to help us get back on the road. Very grateful!
