They don't make time for dogs having medical emergencies. No matter the thousands you've spent at their practice or how nice they treat you to get your money. Your dog will sit in their kennel hurt, injured, in pain and alone, only to be told hours later that he wasn't seen or helped.

I feel good with the service and care that the staff and Vet give my two dogs when we are there. It can be hard to get a regular exam, so plan ahead.

Everyone from the front office staff up to Dr. Wood was caring and professional. True to their mission statement of treating each pet as if they were their own. Highly recommend.

Staff is nice. Vet is friendly n thorough in explaining things n the different outcomes for my dog. And most times my dog doesn't like people but she let him handle her n exam her. So if she has some trust in the vet,so will I. Just glad I found a vet who would at least look at her. Called another place n they referred me somewhere else. So thank you for getting my dog the appt.
