Well worth the visit!! This little restaurant has the most unassuming presence so we almost passed it by, but after 6 hours of crabbing off of the Citizen’s Dock just down the street we didn’t want to go far for dinner so we popped in. I am SO glad that we did! The staff was friendly and welcoming, we were seated quickly and had our drinks within the span of just a few minutes of walking in. We ordered two clam chowder bread bowls and split the seafood combo. The portions were huge! The clam chowder tasted like it was made that afternoon, the flavor was incredible and it had massive pieces of clam, and the bread bowl was the perfect compliment to the chowder. The seafood combo had fried clam strips, breaded fish, fried prawns and tater tots- the tots were even above par! Everything was cooked to perfection and served with coleslaw, tasty cocktail sauce and tartar sauce. We visit Crescent City often and have now decided that this restaurant is the only place we will religiously visit! Even with how busy this place was, the tables and floors were spotless, the bathrooms were clean and well-stocked, and the counter with the register was clean. They absolutely take pride in their business and it shows.

I don't think I've ever been to this little restaurant, but I like to try the fish and chips at different places in CC. Crescent City is the spot! The Fisherman's batter and fry Cod in thick strips and pair it with fries or tater tots. I love it! It was not greasy, like some fish and chips can be and was delicious! I had tots and they were pretty crunchy. Their coleslaw is about a 8, just a little sweet and tangy, but a tad mayonnaise-y. Meh. Coleslaw is always hit and miss with me, but it passed 😁 The tartar was nothin to shout about, but it worked. They have a bunch of souvenir stands to get Crescent City memorabilia. They also had a dessert case and I had a pretty good-sized cinnamon roll. I picked the cinnamon roll because it wasn't slathered with a whole lot of nasty frosting all over it. It was very good. The ladies behind the counter were super nice and I think I will go back soon

What a great place to stop and eat! Driving through the city I noticed a lot of cars here so I knew this was the place to eat. The service was super friendly and made ordering a breeze. The portion size are not small which really makes the price of anything u pick a no brainer. The fish and chips were extremely good and I would highly recommend!

Looks small from the outside, but there's actually a whole lot of seating in the back. Took a couple of minutes to be greeted; once we were seated, the server did an excellent job recommending dishes and drinks, food came out hot and fresh, in a timely manner. The bacon and cheddar clams were ok, but I'm not a fan of that combination. We also ordered the salmon fish n chips, tots, and coleslaw (coleslaw had sugar or corn syrup in it - was not the slaw I was hoping for). The beer battered salmon was ok, but I'd stick with the cod - think it's a better fish for fish n chips. Overall, it was a pleasant experience; we'll be back!
