This pharmacy managed to screw up again since I wrote my earlier review this morning, by forgetting a prescription when I picked my others up. They filled it, but it wasn’t in the bag with the others I picked up Monday. I called and again spent almost 45 minutes on hold (37 to be exact) before a male pharmacist answered at 8:57 PM and informed me that he could not help me because “we are basically closed and I can’t look things up in the system.” That is a bald faced lie. As I explained to him and have explained to multiple individuals at this pharmacy since Sunday, I am going to the UK tomorrow and need these prescriptions before I leave. Forgetting an item is unacceptable but still (probably) an honest mistake! Forcing me to hold for 45 minutes then refusing to help me because “we are basically closed” is beyond the realm of what I consider to be possible reactions in customer service. It is lazy. It’s a lie. And it’s incredibly unprofessional. Absolutely horrible pharmacy with terrible customer service. I have called (and waited on hold for more than 45 minutes) every day starting Sunday (today is Tuesday) to ensure a prescription would be in stock for pick up prior to my vacation. Despite twice assuring me it was in stock and even BILLING MY INSURANCE for it, they have not been able to fill this prescription and, as a result of already billing my insurance, it cannot be transferred to another pharmacy. This is unacceptable. Samantha assured me yesterday the medication was in stock, but even after billing my insurance they still did not fill it. I’ve spent more than 4 hours trying to get this prescription filled. This is always a headache but this month I tried to get ahead of the issue by calling Sunday. This is horribly unprofessional and a truly disgusting business with horrible employees.

Made me wait 20 min at the drive through, then had me park and wait 35 more min inside with no explanation. Turns out they literally lost the medication and couldn't give it to me, nothing they could do about it bc they had to wait for a manager? Two days later still haven't gotten it so that's good (sarcasm)

Had a confirmed Covid exposure, so I scheduled a PCR test. Walgreen's website and written material state "results typically available within 48 hrs". After 48 hrs I checked online and received a message was that my sample had not been received by the lab. I then called Walgreen and was told they had given me the wrong ID number, but even with the correct number I received the same message. I called Walgreens again and was told it would take three to five DAYS.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel compelled to in this case. This pharmacy used to be great, but since 2020 has dramatically gone downhill. I understand staffing issues exist, but it has been two years and they still are not fully staffed. The phone is never answered, and the drive through pharmacy is hardly even an option as it takes upwards of 15-20 mins even when you’re the only one in line. The most frustrating part has been their hours of operation, which do NOT follow what is posted on the google site. They have a piece of paper at the pharmacy with their hours and even then, half the time they open late. To top it off, their auto full service does not work and will not notify when a pickup is ready. I’ve removed and re-added my information and I never get calls or texts that my prescription is ready, then when I go in to check on it, it’s already been sent back because I ‘never picked it up’. The staff doesn’t know how to use the service and has been unable to reconnect my auto full account. After dealing with this for two years hoping it would improve, I have officially requested my doctor to move my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Not usually , but sometimes I have extra Passes , and trade them .
