Advertises one price then adds on 12k worth of upgrades they said isn't optional. The original price was 28k plus ttl, but AFTER they ran our credit the price of the car was increased to 39k.... FOR A CIVIC!!!! Wasted our time and are dishonest dealership. EDIT: how unprofessional to say you don't have a record of our visit when all you had to do is look up the last name and the fact my husband tried to buy a civic from you. False advertising of prices, lying about the fact the upgrades are optional!!! Crooks
