I was really happy with the team as they were really nice people. However, when I picked up my vehicle it was not completely done. There was alot of plastic missing from underneath the car and a loud rocking noise. It was in the shop for a month. They told me it was ready so I went to get it. If it’s not ready then please just work on it and tell me when it’s ready. Not half repaired. The rocking noise is incredibly concerning and I hope my vehicle doesn’t break down soon or have major mechanical problems in the future. I’m just hoping my insurance can have it done at another shop as I don’t live in LA

We will be happy to provide an estimate to repair any other damage. Please let us know about any unrelated damage when you are dropping your vehicle off.
We will review the insurance company’s estimate. In many instances, additional damage may not be determined until the vehicle is disassembled. We will disassemble the vehicle, re-write the estimate and submit the supplement to the insurance company for approval.
No, you absolutely do not have to have more than once estimate to complete insurance company requirements and begin work on your vehicle.
