Leased my wife her second Range Rover from LR Shreveport in 2019. Wonderful automobile, but the SUV was in a <10 mph fender-bender and has sat in the shop with me making payments for over 17 months. ZERO support in obtaining replacement parts from LR Shreveport or Jaguar Land Rover USA. I have not been able to fund retirement for nearly 2 years over the vehicle. While they are very nice vehicles, do not expect ANY help from the dealership nor the manufacturer if damaged! Feel free to contact me for any information if you have any questions.

I do not have experience in purchasing a vehicle from this dealer but my review is regarding the parts department. I have attempted many times via phone as well as online to get help with finding parts through this dealer for 2 WEEKS and no one will return a call or assist me. Anyone who answers transfers me to the parts department (which I understand) to leave a message which I have done many times. I have sent messages stating how long I have needed to find out about parts, left phone numbers, email, and tried in total about 30 plus times to reach someone for assistance in the last 2 weeks to no avail.

My experience was 1 of a kind. As everyone is aware locating a Range Rover during this climate is nearly impossible due to limited inventory and insane mark-ups everywhere, especially Texas!! Well, finally I found one. There was only one, lol, in Shreveport. Limited, rare, filled with bells and whistles, all the perks of luxury, high end one would expect in a P525 Westminster, 1 of 3 colors produced in the USA, etc, the real beauty is Shreveport Land Rover did not mark-up; their cost was the ACTUAL cost of all the mark-ups I had been quoted without the bells, whistles, luxury, purely base models. So I'm recommending- visit Shreveport Land Rover. Not only will you get a fair, straight, equitable deal, their customer service matches. Christian and DJ took great care of me, responding, respectful, from start to finish- in other words, they wanted to ensure I was happy. The process was seamless and efficient. I'm very happy with my purchase, and to be part of this family. I was there a few days ago for a follow-up, while there I grabbed a sprite from the fridge. I informed Christian I got one out and he said, "its your fridge too." Thats family oriented. It is very welcoming. Shreveport is my hometown, I looked high and low just to find what I wanted in my own backyard. So thank you Land Rover Shreveport!

As of 4/6/2021 Louisiana still asks that businesses continue to require masks of both employees and customers and Land Rover Shreveport is following that request. We are also continuing to clean and sanitize our dealership daily. We ask that everyone inside the dealership keep 6 feet between themselves and others, as well.

Thank you for your interest in Range Rover. Exploding engines has not been of concern in recent years since the company was purchased by Tata Motors. While mechanical failures do occur it is not a common issue. As long as the vehicle is maintained properly and you follow the routine maintenance schedule you should enjoy years of driving your Range Rover. It has a 4 year or 50,000 mile factory warranty which includes roadside assistance in the event of a mechanical failure or something as simple as a flat tire.

I have a 2008 landrover lr2 in my shop for repairs. I have replaced battery and starter and still won't start
