Make the 45 minute drive over to Texas where the cars are not marked up $10,000.00! I bought a brand new car less than 3onths ago and there was a defect on the tire. Even though there is a tire warranty (that i brought with me) they refused to honor it! They do not stand by their product, they refused to honor the $3,000. maintenance package! Do yourself a favor, save a ton of $ and get MUCH better service in Texas!!

Best experience I’ve had at an car dealership yet. I was very discouraged when I went because I haven’t had the best luck, but Jimmy Williams & Abby Johnson did everything they possibly could to get me a car & I left with a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. The customer service at the Orr Kia in Shreveport is AMAZING!!! Mason-the sales manager-has bent over backwards, sideways & every way possible to help us with an issue from a brand new car we bought at the Orr Kia in Bossier. Bossier store is an absolute joke though. Do NOT go there at all. HUGE HUGE mistake. Orr Kia in Shreveport is the best. Hands down

I had searched for an Infiniti Q60 & found one at Orr Kia of Shreveport (LA). I reached out to the dealership and was put in contact with Mr. Jamarcus Johnson as my salesman. I told him exactly what I wanted, that we were preapproved, and that I wanted to walk in, sign the necessary paperwork and leave - not make it an all-day affair. He delivered on EVERYTHING from start to finish! Very easy purchase and this dealership gave me the very best offer on my trade-in. The entire staff that we came in contact with were respectful of our time and very friendly. I must add that it was a fun experience to meet Mr. Chris Boyd (also in Sales). You won't regret doing business at this dealership!
