Worst experience ever. Called for 90 year old father, post stroke. Told after 4 weeks it would be 8 weeks for speech, physical and occupational therapy appointments. Finally get phone call, asking when to schedule telehealth appointment. Dad had stroke. Can’t talk, how are they going to evaluate or work safely with him (pt) over telehealth. Never called back. Guess not profitable.

The absolute worst experience. After waiting 8 weeks for an appointment for my 90 year old father (yes, 8 weeks is a lifetime if you are recovering from a stroke), someone called to discuss TELEHEALTH. Seriously. TELEHEALTH with a 90 year old who has dementia, aphasia, and can’t answer a phone. Their kidding right?

Great mission (treating older adult patients) and work culture. There is always someone to go to if you ever have questions or need additional guidance. Leadership is concerned about employees (just ask if you're ever in doubt). Though FOX has grown in recent years, it has still maintained its work hard/laugh hard identity.

Fox has always been huge for our communities in keeping our residents as independent as possible. Love the fact that they're physically in our building every day, and quality of life they allow our residents to keep is what it's all about.
