Same as any other GameStop, I always feel like I got robbed when I trade in anything here which is why it's always a last choice/resort for me and most other gamers. Other than that, I usually use the app to order games and either have them delivered, or I'll do a pick-up.

The sales women did not know what she was talking about because the day before I went into this location I was at another GameStop I had forgotten a accessory for my switch and I was going to sell it. Figured I’d stop at this location. She couldn’t buy it because it didn’t have the serial number sticker even though I was told something completely different the day before. They’re shouldn’t be different rules for different locations and now I have to drive even more out of my way. Complete waste of my time.

Really good place with many great games and items in stock which from my experience with GameStop is rare...granted I haven't been in a GameStop in a long while, it definitely seems that this GameStop is truly bringing the power to the player
