⚠️ ⚠️⚠️! ! ! Fuel injector was replaced here at Orr Cadillac. Then next day check engine light came on. Took vehicle to different Cadillac dealership and they said Orr Cadillac installed wrong type of injector. Now Orr Cadillac has agreed to pay for replacement injector but is refusing to pay the high labor price needed to replace injector. Also, I had to spend $425 on a rental car so I could do an out of town business trip while this injector issue is being repaired. . . Shelly in service was nice to work with and that is the only reason I rated one star. . . I will post an update . . .UPDATE ; I received response from service manager and am now waiting on resolution . . . I will post another update . . UPDATE ; several days ago Cadillac said they would call or email me with results but that never happened. . . UPDATE; in a letter, Orr Cadillac now says they installed the correct part and a clerical error caused the "wrong part number listed on invoice" then Orr Cadillac threatened "legal action" if disputed with credit card company. This is after Orr Cadillac's part installation error has been confirmed by a different Cadillac dealership. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !

Worst car buying experience I’ve had in 40 years of owning cars. Manager ‘Jamie’ never return my call after confirming I would accept his price on a 2018 used Cadillac. Client manager ‘Pablo ’text me. I told him I was trying to purchase vehicle but couldn’t get Jamie to return my call. Pablo gave a lame excuse why Jamie hasn’t returned my call after 3 days. Pablo went silent on text. No nasty conversation or comments by me. Very professional and calm despite feeling of discrimination. Pablo stop texting. Buyer be aware. 1 star is more than this dealership is worth.

I’ve taken my ATS to the previous location a few times and have received exceptional customer service! I even purchase an extended warranty through this dealership within the last year. In June I called to see if I can get my seat sensor looked at and possibly replaced. A service agent quoted me over the phone the price of the seat sensor and I had to remind her that I have a warranty. It took about a week to find out if the warranty covered it or not and then another three weeks for it to be ordered and arrive to the dealership. When I was finally able to come in, I was warned that it would take 4 1/2 hours. I agreed to stick around the dealership that long. About 2 hours into the wait I was told that the technician could not get to it today and the service agent told me she was looking for me a loner car. She came to me with the loner car key in hand asking me for my driver’s license and proof of insurance, so I provided both to her. Another hour goes by, so I walked up to the service desk to see what was going on. The service agent apologized saying that they no longer have the longer car program. She then asked could she give me a ride home while I leave my car there over night. I stay on a military base, so that was not a viable option for me. In a nutshell, very disorganized and unprofessional! Not only do I feel like the loner car program spill seemed shady, but my time was definitely not valued!
