Recap - Thank you for such a quick response. 3 of these issues have been solved but overall open issues still not resloved. Understand that Ovation Property is just a management company, and you need owner approval for fixes. Still been here for 4 months. Will definitely not recommend anyone to rent her without thoroughly inspecting property. San Croix is a nice landscaped property with a decent amenities. However, apartments are outdated, maintenance is clearly lacking in the finer details and management is just nice enough to do the job, but never exceeds expectations. Will definitely look at other properties after lease is up.

This is my Home for 10 years, had neighbor's that became friends most moved for the next level of their lifestyle. San Croix Apartment became a stepping stone of so many lives in the valley, either their first home or moving from another states. The years I lived here has ups and downs, Nothing and Nobody is not Perfect but having a Shelter does. Thank you Ovation for handling our community. I am still here and years says it all!

First off let me start by saying the staff acts nice but once you have lived there more than a year they always seem to have an attitude when you ask for anything. The staff has changed many times, as well as maintenance. You will constantly get emails about picking up after your dog because there are dog bag areas yet they are ALWAYS empty, they have people who live there that work other properties and get away with a lot. They have raised the rent by hundreds and now increasing the utilities. The wife of Richard Mayes that left the 5star review works for Ovation. There is constant crime but they don't notify you of the incidents unless it's mail related. Vehicles have been stolen, catalytic converters have been stolen, and people have been held up at gun point. There is only cameras in front of the office. The grills in the pool area are disgusting and Noone follows the pool rules because they are not enforced. I would not recommend anyone to move here!!

The best complex I've lived in. Management is incredibly kind and responsive. Maintenance go out of their way to ensure fixes are solved and you have everything you need. The units are beautiful, with high ceilings and lovely details, plus they're insulated well so I never hear neighbors. 100% delightful ❤
