Was decent until they started rasing the rent $200 each year. We stayed in the houses not the apartments. Started out paying 1250 for a 4 bedroom. Really wasn't even a 4bd the living room was just split to make a room. We had to leave once it hit $2000 a month with no upgrades to the house. We requested new carpet every year since it was patchy and clawed down from previous renters. The maintenance were probably the best they did more than the people who worked in the office, they're just lazy and don't want to attend to people who are trying to pay their rent. Would gave a better rate if they actually did some work when raising the rent.

The managers often leave early here and without notice they closed the office pretty much whenever they feel for it especially for impromptu brakes. They have the worst customer service of any apartment complex I've ever lived in.
