DO NOT rent a unit on this property my car has been vandalism twice by the employees of the security company contracted by Boca Raton. Nobody on property seems to care about the problem. They just listen to the complaint and not actions are taken or follow ups with the residents.

I have been in Vegas for 10 years in multiple apartments. I can honestly say that BR has been by far the best place. Before Boca I was at a BRAND NEW Apt complex in this neighborhood paying way too much, I fell for the 'Amenities' sell job. My first night at that complex I could hear my neighbors through my bedroom wall chatting, my FIRST night. They are building these cheap complexes all over LV and selling them with 'Amenities' not investing in the actual craftsmanship and sound insulation in my opinion. Boca Raton is SOLID, you can tell when you're walking throughout the property that it was built with community living privacy as a priority. The walls are thick and its concrete in-between floors so you don't need to worry about heavy footed neighbors. Mayra and the leasing office are hospitable knowledgable and on point in getting you into the unit that is right for you. The Maintenance staff is also professional friendly and quick about solving issues with your unit. This is my home 100% until I can build a replica Winterfell somewhere lol... A++ all around!

After performing a ferocious search for housing, Boca Raton surpassed the competition. We love the location, decor, upkeep and best of all; the security. The leasing staff (Bri & Mayra) are the quintessential professionals… At one point with a short notice, we cancelled our application. They worked diligently to help us secure the Unit again.
