As we were going out the door for a walk around, Aaron Springer asked how was the ride? I said" not that great" . Aaron asked"why"? I told him that the windshield wipers were horrible during the heavy rain storms (02/17/2022). I also told him the maintenance light came on after a few days. I told him that the speed and other safety features were not visible and I would be sending an email. Aaron said there was no need for an email now. Aaron said I should have sent an email when the light came on and he would have told me how to reset it. I was extremely concerned about the lack of maintenance provided by Enterprise. After having the conversation with Aaron there was no more concern. Aaron confirmed that safety, quality and value were not at the top of the list when he suggested that I, the customer reset the maintenance code. Each moment that I drove that vehicle I prayed that the code was just an indication for an oil change. I have never in my life been that anxious and stressed out about the safety of a rental vehicle and definitely relieved upon returning the vehicle. The vehicle was a white Nissan that had a number of visible scratches and dents.

I just got off of the phone after dropping off my car and looking over my original bill and found that they overcharged me for the mileage I drove for the time I had the car by about 150 miles. This will be the last time I deal with this thieving site. I say to everyone else, rent at your own risk.
