Had an issue with my car and I couldn’t get it until Monday so I needed to rent. I was relieved to see that there was something available through their website. Booked and confirmed, walked in the hot sun only to be told there was nothing available. I completely understand if there’s nothing available. Not even blaming the person running the desk at the time. But why would you say there are about 4 cars available and have me waste that much of my time only to tell me there’s nothing? Because now not only do you waste my time that is time I could have spent finding other options. Completely unacceptable. Absolutely no reason to lie like that from the website.

Love this sonata 2021 got a little scratch on it on the door I don't remember where but it does and it run nice it's all electron you have to push the button and start the car with your foot on the break

Perfectly fine. As with most Hertz locations there's always a delay with other customers. Murphy's law.
