We placed an online order for pickup for my family of five at this restaurant. We waited outside in the pickup lane for over a half an hour after watching the drive-thru lane clear out twice before I finally went inside to figure out what was going on. It took minutes to get someone to address me. He went to the back and said he would check what was going on and never came back. After about 10 minutes he returned to the front walk directly past me and walked outside of the restaurant. I then tried to get the attention of another worker. That person told me that they would go and check on my food. After about another 10 minutes they came out and told me that they were very busy and backed up and would get to my order. After I pointed out that the drive-thru has been emptied twice now and I have been waiting for nearly an hour for an online order that was placed 25 minutes prior to me even arriving at the restaurant she went back to check on my food again. When she returned she told me that they no longer carried one of the sandwiches that I ordered and so they didn't know how they were to proceed. I asked why no one had walked outside to ask me what they should do. She did not give me response and turned around and walked away. After that I could not get a single worker to address me or give me an update on my order. I waited for an additional 20 minutes before I finally received cold food. No one spoke to me at all during that time. No one apologized. No manager came out to talk to me. I even sat there while we waited and filed a complaint online with the corporate store. I still have not seen received any type of response or apology for their poor service. Even with staff shortages and poor service industry standards in this day and age this is to date the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. And honestly lately that's saying something.

It was awful. The mac and cheese you could turn bowl unside down and it didnt move. The salad had lettuce in it that was old and soggy. The waittress was annoyed at serving us like she just didnt want to be there. We had triple charges for drinks . Frisch s bill for 3 people 50.00 i went to Olive Garden for same price with decent food. We left the cold fries. And the nasty salad. I gave the tip cause I know they need it.but it was the worse service and meal Ive had ina long time you asked for rating rating is zero

I haven’t had the best experience with frishes lately ( specifically the Lebanon and Monroe / Mason locations ). However yesterday, Saturday around 2PM or some after. There soup and dessert we got from the drive through was very delicious and well put together. My mom hasn’t been feeling well lately and the soup actually had vegetables in it this time! Thanks springboro, OH location ❣️ The lady had dark hair that handed us the food, I hope they get a raise for being polite and making for once really good food like it used to be.

I love the breakfast bar. My brother took 2 hrs to eat and my mother special ordered his eggs. I thought for a min she was going spoon feed him at 56 years old. He ate 1 plate. I had 3 and was waiting on him.oh service was great though. Ran out plates but I took charge and told customes . ,Hey use the salad plates
