Used the kiosk as there was no one up front to take orders. Waited about 10 minutes for a 6 piece nugget. When it was done they called my number. The kiosk didn’t print receipts so I explained it was out of paper and didn’t give our numbers. The people before me were thrown their bag rudely by Ashley. She rolled her eyes when I explained the kiosk didn’t print receipts. Looks like all the nice people are gone now. Haven’t been there in years and I probably won’t go back. I will continue to go to the corporate stores and not Godlove.

Worst McDonalds experience- or one of. Girl at window was extremely rude; argued about the order, and about what we had in our bag and didn’t, food was ordered plain, it came smothered in onions and ketchup. Waited 20 mins in line. To top it off: Girl at the window didn’t give me my debit card back. This location is two hours away from where I live. They won’t even answer their freaking phone to confirm it’s still there!!! Reported the card as stolen and moved on. Won’t stop here again

Cold stale fries. Asked for extra pickles on sandwich and didn't get it. Big Mac had no lettuce and no onions. Ordered regular big Macs. Took almost 25 minutes to order and receive order. Horrible.

Absolute 100% worse store I have ever been too. Orders are never right with double the wait time in the drive threw . Ever single person in this store needs fired ASAP and specially management... Want 15hr. How about doing your job.... not rocket science people
