Over charged! When booked said 96 when arrived was 124. Total was 150 and NOT worth it. No pool as stated on website, terrible breakfast and missing eggs and cinnamon rolls as described on menu when booking. Pancakes were hard, sausage still frozen in middle. floors were dirty in room, mold in shower and on curtain. No coffee cups in room with coffee maker, bugs in light fixture. Asked for a printed receipt at check out and was told one would be emailed. Had to call the next day and request receipt to be emailed by manager. Staff was decent and room did have a safe, which was nice, as well as a mini fridge and coffee maker.

Great overall experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great shower and good water pressure. Plenty of good towels and reasonable toiletries supplied. If it was more keto friendly in terms of food options, it would be a slam dunk. Can't comment on gym or other amenities as didn't use.

Positive: The customer service was good. Everyone was was nice. Negative: I don¿t like the fact that they didn¿t clean our room not one time that we were there. We had to ask for clean towels 3 different times and no one knew what the digital key was but they had signs posted about it.

Our room had mold and rust in the bath tub and mold in the restroom behind the door. They spent time covering up the walls in the restroom with wall paper as a cheap fix instead of actually remodeling the room professionally. Went to get some water and sodas and all that was available was Diet Coke, energy drinks and ice cream. They had no eating utensils available and the lobby floor was sticky with spilled pink lemonade. No caution sign was placed and the mess was not cleaned up. I also noticed MANY different residents of the hotel asking for full sets of towels. The fact that there are no vending machines that are better stocked than the front store beside the Front Desk is beyond my knowledge. This was a disappointment for me and my family.
