The experience was wonderful all the way through, from booking appointments for my whole family to the cleaning and setting up future appointments. The staff and dentist are knowledgeable and friendly. I am so impressed. The office is beautiful. The payment options are so helpful. Trully a great place.

BEWILDERED! I have a huge fear of dentists after the loss of a 2nd filling with a dentist office I loved and had been with for almost 8 years.. i was going to make the switch to this office and changed my mind.. cancelled the appt then .. after the loss of a 2nd filling and several months of putting off leaving i decided to make the jump to this office..sadly ( i truly loved the office) I had my dentist forward my records to Farmington Dental and I called twice to make an appt both times Lisa the receptionist hesitated and said they would have to call me back .. .the 2nd time i asked if there was a problem because. this is the 2nd time i called .. yes she said , “if your records were even sent”. and you are rude. I have notes right here in front of me . she said Rude?!! i asked ? I am not sure what i did that was rude but we are clearly off to a bad start i guess I should go elsewhere .. “Yes” Lisa said you should .. and hung up”. I am baffled !! I don't know if they took my fear of switching as rudeness.. but to be called rude and a liar ( i have an email that says my records were sent) by a health care provider is bizarre..let alone a dentist that i am already terrified of..was hurtful and .. i just don't know what to make of it.. i understand them being frustrated but to deny care and insult an individual is again bizarre
