Living at this place has been very nice The staff is friendly. Josh the handy man installed a new toilet for me. He did a super job, very professional. Was done in no time and could not tell he was there when finished.

Property is immaculately maintained and clean. You cannot hear other apartment noise from your own. Snow removal is prompt and sidewalks are kept clean and salted. App is preferred for payment and maintenance requests- all needs are addressed promptly in the almost 3 years I’ve been a tenant. The property manager is amazing- she is in office 5 days a week 9-5 and the most professional and approachable I’ve met in over 12 years renting. I visited multiple Webster properties- this one’s the best. Pets are also welcome- most people have dogs. There are many spots with disposable dog baggies/garbages around the property and maintained trails, as well as a dog park. Pool is beautiful and well maintained. There is a huge community room which feels like the size of a hotel but is very comfortable/homey with a fireplace, overstuffed chairs and a full kitchen. There’s also some areas to do body weight exercises outside and a mini golf course/bocce ball set, I haven’t used either. Gym is typical size but has better machines as well as weights.

This is a excellent 55+ senior living apartment complex that has plenty of amenities with a great atmosphere. The pool is always crystal clear and there is a dog park close by. Inside the main apartment building the dinning area can be reserved for special occasions and is quite spacious with a full kitchen attached. There are a number of activities that planned for each week inside the common area. With the friendly residents and staff it is a wonderful place to live.
