U on the Chinese Bus.. U can call and ask greyhound... But should just FedEx it/ ups.

You can buy the ticket online and pick it up at the station. That is what I do. You can also get tickets in person at the station. Whatever you do, this station is NOT well equipped to handle E-tickets. Heck, they aren't even well equipped to have a decent bathroom!!!

There's a parking garage at the corner and across the street, there's Amtrack train station. There's also parking there as well.
