Don’t even waste your time looking at Creek Hill!!!! The desk staff are all rude and don’t reach out about inquiries unless it involves them gaining money. We toured the place and thought it was okay and price was reasonable UNTIL just like other Morgan Properties they start adding ridiculous fees. $70 amenity fee.. for what? A little patch of greenery and some grills? Absolutely overpriced with all the fees and nothing is included. Water, trash, RG&E all separate and put a 1b apartment up to about $1350.. when it’s way smaller than other units I’ve looked at. As Ive seen in other reviews, the basement doesn’t sound like a great place to be but I wouldn’t know because they purposely left it out of our tour and say they’ll send pictures but don’t so who knows what nasty things are down there. Immediately upon application being approved they take your $500 even if you don’t want to sign a lease. The way that Creek Hill just takes your money and you have to fight to get it back is such a RED FLAG. Again, the desk staff is no help with this and dodges phone calls and emails which is super unprofessional. I would immediately steer away from this property or any other Morgan Properties as they just are too overpriced and bad quality/ small.

DON’T RENT HERE. I know this post is long - but do your due diligence since this will be YOUR HOME. This has been the worst living experience i’ve ever encountered. The staff, specifically Jamie & Briana are blatantly rude & talk down to you when you question any of the issues you will run into with the property. Here is a list of problems i’ve encountered living here. 1. Rude and belittling staff when any problems are brought up 2. Monthly charging of “opt out fee” for renters insurance despite having submitted all the information & paying for it. (When addressed was told it was not their problem & to contact a separate company) 3. Old washer/dryers once smoking & almost catching flames (fire dept. even arrived and staff refused to change the machines until a year later. New machines more expensive). 4. Buildings basements have water damage and mold issues, ceilings have holes in them & have encountered bats and mice, basement window has also been left open for any wild critter to enter if they want. 5. Was woken to a team of men ripping the roof off and pounding on the roof for an entire day, which left hundreds of nails across the parking lot which residents had to clean & avoid ourselves. 6. Noise complaints ignored. 7. AC unit & heaters left black Soot all over everything. Even found it settled behind pictures we had on the walls (photos). 8. Fruit fly issue. Can’t get rid of them & they are all in the walls & plumbing. 9. Rent raised hundreds every year due to “new amenities” that nobody asked for. Many of them not ready for use. 10. Entire building lined with rocks perfect for breaking the windows they sit right beneath, building doors never closing properly, & each unit only have one old deadbolt (overall poor security). 11. Buildings serious mold issue anywhere moisture reaches especially shower walls (photos). 12. Neighbors having bonfires as well as grill fires near the building went ignored. 13. Packages were being stolen which went ignored. 14. Water has been shut off without warning and when questions, staff said “a company is working on a different building so hopefully it’ll be back on by THE END OF THE DAY?” 15. Hot & cold water very inconsistent. 16. Garbage disposals are cheap and need replacing often 17. They offer two dumpsters for the ENTIRE complex, which at the end of EVERY week are overflowing and bags have to be set around the dumpsters (Summer heat the smell of garbage is awful) 18. Inconsistent pet policy. 19. In years of living here, there has been 1 check up on smoke detectors which happened unannounced & they left the old one in the walls. 20. Monthly billings very unclear and water billing system is unpredictable. 21. Snow plowing not done on parking spots & often snow gets plowed further burying vehicles in the spots. 22. Many spots now have signs that require more money to reserve. 23. During lockdown - they offered no aid & forced people to pay online. (Still charged the additional $20 fee to do online paying) 24. CHECK LOCAL REGISTRY (registered sex offenders currently live in this complex). 25. Lawns mowed & left grass everywhere 26. Fighting over security deposit. 27. Cheap window blinds that break easily. I’m sure there is more than i cannot remember that isn’t off just the top of my head. If you care about yourself, your sanity or stress levels, then don’t live here or for any Morgan property. The other bad reviews are similar experiences & this is not just a one off experience. We are so glad to be in a different complex & i strongly believe this place needs a complete rework starting with the office staff. If you do move in here, goodluck.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! For starters they have a serious fruit fly problem and no matter how much you clean, bleach etc there’s hundreds of them, they’re in the walls. Furthermore, no one asked for a playground, a golf putting green with no clubs or balls, or a foosball table outside. but they use it as an excuse to up the rent by $200. Jaime and Briana are the most rude people I have ever met. Whenever we have gone to them with issues or concerns we are belittled. They are never friendly and talk to us like we are children. The water is randomly turned off without warning because they “forgot to mention they were working on an apartment in the next building “ the basement is filthy, our washing machine was smoking and almost in flames and Jaime didn’t want to replace it. When they replaced the roof they left hundreds of nails in the parking lot. It’s been nothing but a burden to live here. I would not recommend this apartment to anybody. Avoid Morgan property as much as you can because they truly don’t care about their residents.
