*** 4-Star Hotel with 5-Star Service *** The Hilton West Palm Beach is a fantastic hotel. The service was 5-Star and always friendly. The restaurant was even more astonishing. The bartender Nancy was pleasant and took good care of me. The food was exquisite. The ambiance in the hotel is very upscale and it starts as soon as you walk in and smell the beautiful citrus aroma. The location is great for downtown business and attractions. You can walk to get anything you need. I highly recommend this hotel. 5 Stars!

The hotel is beautiful, the valet area could be roomier, but for downtown- its probably one of the best. Staff is seriously wonderful especially for it being off season. Rooms immaculate and comfortable. Restaurant was very nice, steak was great, don't cheap out and get the burger. Cocktails were phenomenal and Nati, our waiter, was very impressive.

Just don’t. I realized after our stay they can probably justify the prices because the convention center is next door. You have to valet- not included- every time you want to leave, so quick trips for coffee are not worth it and the coffee on site ($6.00) is glorified diner coffee. The room was not ready at check in time so we had to wait and because it took so long we decided to down grade our room to get in and move on with our evening plans. The rooms were nice but the TV cable was so ancient that it wasn’t worth it so we just watched our phones. They should get with the times and use streaming services if the cable takes 30 seconds to change the channel. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk. They have a $28.00 resort fee that is somehow refunded to you in the form of on site money. But the only problem is everything sucks. The soda cooler in the store was warm and the coffee shop is nothing to brag about. The pastries were old. Certainly not what I would expect for almost $500 a night out the door for a mid room. I’ve learned my lesson to stick to Hyatt.

I stayed here for a week and loved it! The pool area is amazing and the rooms are really clean and nice. The food is also great. The pool is a perfect temperature and the area to lay out by the pool is very spacious and nice. The hot tub is also great. I used the gym as well and it had everything I need! Staff was very accommodating and nice. Overall I really enjoyed my stay! My only suggestion would be for them to designate a smoking area in the front of the building away from the entrance, because the smokers tend to sit right outside the building and it is not pleasant to wait for a car or walk out of the building. Perhaps a designated smoking area on the side yard would be better! Thanks again for a great stay I really enjoyed it!

Yes, but i would recommend going into city place for a much better experience. You will enjoy the atmosphere much more there! They have great seating places.
No. The hotel is in the downtown area and besides, there's no beach in West Palm Beach (ironic, isn't it) But it is close to the beach: an electric bike or regular bike will be a good thing to use.

Not included. Upgrade on ur hotel room/package is worth here at this location. If u are travelling with family or as couple it's worth to take breakfast upgrade. A little walk across the road from hotel, you will find shopping center with bunch of restaurants and shops. Enjoy!!

No, breakfast is not complimentary. The rooms have standard amenities: safe, hairdryer, tv, iron, etc. No microwave or fridge. Mini fridge and microwave is available on request, however they will charge you for it and it is subject to availability. Hope this helps.
