For a small area, the smaller trails around feel like you are way out of civilization.

I went riding my bike through the bushes. Along the way some tweakers emerged from the mist. Three weeks later I left with only my frame, a serious meth addiction, and three backpacks and a suit case full of empty cigarette packs, some stolen electronics, and someone's years worth of cans. DON'T GO OFF THE PATH!! It's like the Willie Wonka factory of bad life choices, not the fudge room!!

My 7 year old wanted a to go to a bmx bike park. This place is everything he ever hoped for. I only gave 4 stars because it's hard to get to. You have to be ready to hike, or bring your own bike. I can only fit my kids bikes in the car, so I had to walk. Warning, there's crazy ramps here. Kids may get hurt.

On leash. Be aware that coyotes live in the area and you may encounter them early in the morning or late in the evening. Bobcats, rattlesnakes and skunks are also in this habitat, so use caution off the trails. It's a park, but it's a Nature Park with wildlife.
