I have been a loyal customer at the Costa Mesa Store on Superior Avenue. I could just order online but I prefer going into the store. The Customer Service there is above and beyond expectations. For over 9 years they have been my go to store for my Boats, Motorcycles and Cars. I had a bad M/C battery that was over the warranty by 30 days and the Manager swapped it out for free. I signed up for a rewards card and Enjoy Purchasing there even since. Everyone there knows my name. I Highly Recommend and Appreciate Great Service. Gary “G”

Asked for a second pair of eyes identifying a fender retainer clip at 9 AM on a Sunday morning. I had brought in the example retainer clip. Associate negated my request and said "We have what we have! You'll have to match." I found something close but he couldn't be bothered was my impression. Left pretty disatisfied and proceeded to find the same retainer clips on Ebay. 100 of the clips for $6. Ultimately, I spent less money than I would've so thanks for being rude, sir.

Wide open easy-to-navigate parking... but not the easiest to find off of the main road. No public restroom, but establishment is well-cleaned and well-stocked. Fast, easy customer service by friendly staff. A+
