I called ahead and asked about the parking at the Airport. Got great instructions from the airport staff on parking and fuel. There are two tiedown spots over at the fence and no fees at the city terminal. For a downtown airport I would rate this up near the top if it were not the unmanned City Terminal building.

Great airport, right downtown KC. Airport manager is very friendly and helpful. They have a few different options for fuel, public and FBO. Of course the public pumps are a bit cheaper.
